General Questions
1. What is Zyntex and how does it work?

Zyntex is a mobile cryptocurrency mining platform that lets you earn ZYM tokens from your smartphone. You open the app, tap the mine button, and a 24-hour mining session begins. The app mines in the background — no active participation required once the session starts. After 24 hours, your earned ZYM is added to your balance and you can start a new session.

2. Is Zyntex free to use?

Yes, completely free. There are no subscription fees, premium tiers, or in-app purchases required to mine ZYM. Your phone, your time, and your referral network are the only inputs required. We generate revenue through optional ad rewards, which you can watch voluntarily for bonus ZYM.

3. Is Zyntex a scam?

Zyntex is a legitimate mobile mining platform with a published roadmap, active development team, and a growing community. We do not ask for money, do not promise guaranteed returns, and do not require any financial investment. The risk of trying Zyntex is zero — the worst case scenario is that you spent five minutes signing up and decided the app is not for you. We encourage users to do their own research and join our community channels to ask questions directly to the team.

4. What is ZYM and will it have real value?

ZYM is the native token of the Zyntex network. It is a fixed-supply digital asset with planned exchange listings, in-app utility, and governance rights. Like all cryptocurrencies, its market value is not guaranteed and will depend on adoption, market conditions, and ecosystem development. We have a detailed tokenomics article explaining the economic model if you want to understand the value mechanics more deeply.

5. What countries is Zyntex available in?

Zyntex is available globally in 120+ countries. The app supports multiple languages and works on any Android smartphone. There are no geographic restrictions on creating an account or mining ZYM. Some features, like KYC verification for withdrawals, may have regional variations based on local regulations.

Mining Questions
6. Does the app drain my battery?

No. Zyntex does not perform computationally intensive mining like Bitcoin or Ethereum. The "mining" in our context refers to a server-side crediting process — your phone simply needs to have the session started. Battery usage is minimal, comparable to having a messaging app installed. You can start a session and close the app entirely; the mining continues on our servers and your earned ZYM is credited when the session ends.

7. Do I need to keep the app open while mining?

No. Once you start a mining session, you can close the app completely. Mining continues in the background on Zyntex servers. Your device does not need to be on or connected to the internet during the session. When the session completes after 24 hours, your ZYM is automatically credited to your balance.

8. How much ZYM can I earn per day?

Your daily ZYM earnings depend on three factors: your base mining rate, your team boost percentage, and your mining streak multiplier. The base rate changes over time as the network grows and halvings occur. You can check your current effective rate in the app's mining screen. Building an active referral team and maintaining a long mining streak are the two most impactful ways to increase your daily earnings.

9. What happens if I miss a day of mining?

Missing a day means you simply do not earn ZYM for that day — your balance is unaffected, but your mining streak resets to zero. Streaks provide a multiplier bonus that compounds over time, so a long unbroken streak is valuable. Missing a day loses that streak progress, but you can rebuild it immediately by mining consistently going forward.

10. Why did my mining rate change?

Mining rates change for two main reasons: your team activity changed (team members started or stopped actively mining), or the platform-wide base rate was adjusted as part of the halving schedule. You can see your current effective rate broken down by component in the Statistics section of the app.

Referrals & Team
11. How do referrals work?

When someone uses your referral code to register on Zyntex, they become part of your team. When they start their first mining session, you both receive a ZYM bonus. More importantly, every day that a team member is actively mining, they contribute a boost percentage to your mining rate. The more active miners on your team, the higher your rate.

12. What is my referral code?

Your referral code is your Zyntex username in uppercase letters. You can find it in the Team section of the app. Share it with friends or send them your unique invite link, which automatically applies your code when they register.

13. Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

There is a maximum referral limit per account, but it is set generously enough that the vast majority of users will never reach it. For ordinary sharing with friends and family, there is effectively no limit. Power users who run large referral campaigns should check the current limit in the app settings.

14. My referral code was rejected during registration. What should I do?

Make sure the code is entered exactly as given, with no extra spaces. Referral codes are your referrer's username in capital letters. Try typing it manually rather than pasting if you are experiencing issues. If the problem persists, the referral code field is optional — you can complete registration without it and contact support afterwards to have the referral applied manually.

Withdrawals & Wallet
15. When can I withdraw my ZYM?

ZYM withdrawals will be enabled after the exchange listing milestone. Until then, your earned ZYM accumulates in your account balance. This is consistent with how virtually all mobile mining projects handle their pre-listing phase. The exchange listing timeline is published on our roadmap page.

16. Will I need KYC to withdraw?

Yes. Identity verification (KYC) will be required before you can withdraw ZYM. This is a legal and regulatory requirement, not a choice. Completing your KYC early means you will be ready to withdraw the moment exchange listings go live. KYC verification is free and typically completes within a few minutes using a government-issued ID.

17. What is the difference between mined balance and wallet balance?

Your mined balance is ZYM earned through mining sessions, tasks, and referrals. It is held in your account until you initiate a release to your wallet. Your wallet balance is ZYM that has been processed and is ready for withdrawal once exchange listings are live. Think of mined balance as your earnings account and wallet balance as your spendable account.

Account & Security
18. How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link via email within a few minutes. Follow the link to set a new password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder and make sure you are using the email address associated with your Zyntex account.

19. What is the private key and do I need to save it?

Yes — save your private key immediately when it is shown to you during registration. This key is shown only once and cannot be recovered if lost. It is used to verify account ownership in specific recovery scenarios. Store it in a secure location offline. Losing your private key does not lock you out of your account under normal circumstances, but it may affect your ability to recover an account in certain situations.

20. What is two-factor authentication (2FA) and should I enable it?

Two-factor authentication adds a second verification step to your login — in addition to your password, you must enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for all accounts, especially as your ZYM balance grows. You can enable it in your Profile settings using any standard authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy.

21. Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Each person is permitted one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral system or duplicate mining rewards violates the Zyntex Terms of Service and may result in permanent account bans. Our systems actively monitor for multi-account behavior.

Technical Questions
22. The app is slow or not loading. What should I do?

First, check your internet connection. Zyntex requires a stable connection to sync your mining sessions and balance. If connectivity is fine, try closing and reopening the app. For persistent issues, clearing the app's cache in your phone settings often resolves loading problems. If the issue continues, contact support at support@zyntexnetwork.com with your device model and a description of the problem.

23. My balance is not showing my latest mining earnings. Is something wrong?

Balance updates can occasionally have a short delay of a few minutes after a session ends. Pull down on the balance screen to trigger a manual refresh. If your balance has not updated after 30 minutes of completing a session, contact support with your session start time and account username.

24. Does Zyntex work on iOS (iPhone)?

Zyntex is currently available as an Android app on the Google Play Store. iOS support is on the development roadmap. iPhone users can access the platform through the mobile website at zyntexnetwork.com using their browser, which provides core mining functionality while the native iOS app is in development.

25. How do I contact support?

You can reach the Zyntex support team through the in-app Live Chat feature (fastest response) or by emailing support@zyntexnetwork.com. Support is available every day and aims to respond within 24 hours. For faster help, include your username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots.
