These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zyntex mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using Zyntex, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Zyntex platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted.

2. Account Registration

To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information.
• Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. ZYM Tokens and Mining

ZYM tokens are the native reward currency of the Zyntex ecosystem. Please note:

• ZYM tokens are earned through legitimate platform activity (mining, tasks, referrals).
• Mining rewards are subject to change at Zyntex's discretion.
• ZYM tokens have no guaranteed monetary value and are not a financial investment product.
• We reserve the right to adjust token supply, mining rates, and withdrawal conditions.
• Accounts found engaging in fraudulent mining (bots, multiple accounts, VPN abuse) will be permanently banned and their balance forfeited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or use automation tools, bots, or scripts.
• Manipulate the referral system through fake accounts or incentive fraud.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform.
• Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Engage in any activity that harms other users or Zyntex's reputation.

5. Withdrawals

ZYM withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Successful KYC verification.
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds set by the Platform.
• Anti-fraud review processes that may cause short delays.
• Network fees applicable at time of withdrawal.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Zyntex platform are owned by or licensed to Zyntex. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Platform will be error-free. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile; any value associated with ZYM tokens may fluctuate significantly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyntex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of ZYM tokens due to security incidents, technical failures, or account termination for policy violations.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
